Residential Sewer User Fees
Sewer user fees for single and multi-family residential customers are based on the number of dwelling units. A house with a cottage or an ohana unit is billed for two dwelling units. The fee consists of a base charge and a water usage charge with a usage ceiling charge cap.

In areas where the water system is not operated and maintained by the County, the monthly fee per dwelling unit is $51.70 for a single family residence, and $42.10 for a multi-family dwelling.
