Pursuant to Chapter 103-D, HRS, sealed offers shall be received and time stamped by the Bid Receiver, Purchasing Division, Department of Finance, Wells Street Professional Center, 2145 Wells Street, Suite 104, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, 96793, by 2:00 o'clock p.m. on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2009, and will then be publicly opened thereafter.

Specifications and Offer Form may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, at the address above.

Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments thereof.

Bidders shall meet the requirements of Chapter 437, State of Hawaii Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Act, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
