Specifications and Offer Form may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, at the above address.
Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103-D and any amendments thereof.
Bidders shall meet the requirements of Chapter 437, State of Hawaii Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Act, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
