Request for Proposals

Job No. 09-10/P30

Pursuant to Chapter 103-D, HRS, the County of Maui (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) is seeking Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide Comprehensive Furniture Management Services for the County of Maui, Development Services Administration.

The County will not pay for proposals submitted or received.  The RFP may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, located at Wells Professional Building, 2145 Wells Street, Suite 104, Wailuku, HI 96793.

The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.  Further, the County reserves the right to review the financial condition of those submitting proposals and may request a financial statement.

Three (3) copies of the completed proposal are required and must be submitted in writing.  Sealed proposals must be received by the Purchasing Division, Wells Professional Building, 2145 Wells Street, Suite 104, Wailuku, HI 96793, no later than 4:00 p.m. Hawaii time, on November 17, 2009.  Proposals mailed and postmarked earlier than the date and time specified but received later than the stated deadline, will be rejected.

Failure to comply with the requirements of the RFP will result in the rejection of the proposal.
