Specifications and Offer Form may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Fiscal Division, located on the fifth floor of the County Building. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.

Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respects to Chapter 103-D and any amendments.
