VIDEO RECORDING, PRODUCTION, BROADCAST AND DISTRIBUTION

SERVICES FOR THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR

The County of Maui, Office of the Mayor is soliciting proposals for video production services to videotape, broadcast and distribute selected board and commission meetings and other public proceedings of the County of Maui (COM) on the islands of Maui, Molokai and Lanai. The contractor must have the resources to videotape selected COM board and commission meetings and other public proceedings as agreed upon by the Office of the Mayor and arrange re-broadcast of each program through video-on-demand or similar Internet broadcasting services and through the local PEG access channel to the general public on at least two separate occasions. The contractor must provide all necessary hardware, software, video recording and editing equipment and personnel to meet or exceed all of the video needs of the Office of the Mayor.

A copy of the RFP package may be obtained by visiting the COM in person at the COM Department of Finance, Purchasing Division located at the Wells Street Professional Building at 2145 Wells Street, Ste. 104, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii 96793. Proposals will be received up to 4:00 p.m. on November 13, 2009 at the Purchasing Division, 2145 Wells Street, Ste. 104, Wailuku, Maui, HI 96793.
